A two-hour journey of somatic movement, inner reflections and connection with other like-minded women. Join from wherever you are. New and existing are welcome in our monthly classes.
Whole Women Immersion, Sunshine Coast 3 hrs
MARCH 21st Buderim.
1pm-4pm
A half-day extended exploration, using somatic movement, inner reflections, nature-based practice and holistic wellness activities. This workshop is limited to 8 women, and booking early is recommended.
Body Stories Two-Day Immersion, Sunshine Coast
JUNE 13-14th, Verrierdale QLD.
